Pearl Talent seeks a Copywriter (EG008) to craft persuasive, conversion-focused copy across marketing and sales channels. In this role, you will focus on short-form, high-impact messaging to support customer acquisition and revenue growth, delivering clear value propositions and compelling calls-to-action.
What You'll Do
- Write high-converting ad copy for paid platforms across formats and develop multiple ad variations for structured A/B testing.
- Craft conversion-focused landing and sales page copy, including clear value propositions, headlines, and benefit-driven sections.
- Write promotional emails, announcements, and lifecycle sequences with subject lines and body copy optimized for opens and clicks.
- Write product descriptions highlighting benefits, use cases, and value, and develop positioning statements and product messaging.
- Maintain consistent brand voice across channels and create brand messaging frameworks and positioning statements.
- Edit and refine copy for clarity, tone, and conversion focus, and optimize existing copy based on performance data.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years of professional copywriting experience focused on conversion-driven work.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating persuasive, results-oriented copy.
- Excellent command of written English with attention to detail.
- Understanding of persuasion principles and conversion-focused frameworks.
- Ability to write concise, compelling short-form copy.
- Comfort iterating copy based on performance data and feedback.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing for B2B SaaS, e-commerce, DTC, or fintech brands.
- Agency or multi-client copywriting background.
- Experience with long-form sales pages, VSLs, or UX copy.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles.
- Exposure to SEO fundamentals or funnel-based copywriting.
Technical Stack
- Writing tools (Google Docs, Microsoft Word).
- Grammar and editing tools (e.g., Grammarly).
- Communication tools (Gmail/Outlook, Slack, Zoom).
- AI-assisted writing tools (with strong editorial judgment).
- Landing page and email platforms, A/B testing and heat-mapping tools.
- CMS platforms and basic SEO tools.
- Project management and collaboration tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp).
