Anchour is looking for a Copywriter to craft compelling copy across the full spectrum of agency work—from ads and websites to email campaigns and brand projects. You'll immerse yourself in client brands, collaborate with designers and strategists, and produce work that is both creatively strong and performance-driven. This role actively leverages AI for research, ideation, and iteration while requiring sharp judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Quickly absorb and confidently write within existing brand voice and tone guidelines across diverse industries and formats.
- Translate complex business concepts into clear, audience-ready messaging for various platforms.
- Use brand materials, research, and AI to rapidly understand a client's world and produce copy that builds audience trust.
- Collaborate with strategists to ensure copy aligns with brand positioning and resonates with the target audience.
- Write across the full stack: paid social ads, display, email campaigns, landing pages, websites, and brand content.
- Contribute ideas to campaign concepts alongside design, strategy, and marketing teams.
- Actively use AI tools in your process for research, client immersion, ideation, and iteration.
- Revise and refine work based on feedback, performance data, and strategic direction.
- Self-edit all work rigorously before delivery.
- Work closely with designers, strategists, and project managers, ensuring copy complements the visual design.
- Partner with project managers to manage timelines, your workload, and deliver clean work proactively.
- Participate in internal reviews and creative discussions with a clear point of view.
- Protect each client's voice across all deliverables, catching and correcting tonal drift.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of copywriting experience at a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
- A portfolio demonstrating range across ads, web, email, and brand work in multiple tones and industries.
- An AI-integrated workflow, actively using AI tools in your writing process.
- Performance copywriting skills and an understanding of conversion-focused writing.
- Brand voice fluency and the ability to write in multiple voices for different clients.
- Strong attention to detail, catching your own errors and caring about consistency and craft.
- Speed and flexibility to produce high-quality work on short timelines.
- A collaborative spirit, working well with designers and strategists, contributing to concepts, and taking feedback gracefully.
- Self-starter mentality, managing your own workload, taking initiative, and driving projects forward.
- Must be located in New England.
