COPE Health Solutions is hiring an Analyst to participate in internal and external projects focused on implementing innovative care models and improving health outcomes. You will work directly with clinic staff, providers, executives, and other stakeholders in a hands-on capacity.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the Revenue Cycle Manager and team to accomplish company goals, objectives, and strategic plans.
- Perform data research and analysis—writing queries, analyzing results, and identifying trends or gaps.
- Create reports around system performance, client data, and other business needs.
- Generate Claims Audit trail and reporting for leadership.
- Ensure Claims are submitted timely and tracked.
- Work with billers and payors to align processes for optimal outcomes in the revenue cycle.
- Perform financial and data analytics to support strategic planning in a wide variety of healthcare settings.
- Assist in the development of project deliverables, white papers, and other business materials.
- Meet with supervisor and team to understand project goals, expected outcomes, and maintain project timelines.
- Know and comply with firm quality standards; recognize and raise risks pertinent to assigned work.
- Develop workplans for deliverable production using basic project management tools; complete assigned work according to plan.
- Maintain understanding of the firm's service lines, offerings, and differentiating factors.
- Know and understand organizational balanced scorecard content; support related internal improvement initiatives.
- Actively seek out mentoring and professional growth opportunities; receive feedback openly.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and ethical standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of revenue cycle experience.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in managing data pipelines.
- Experience in managing Revenue Cycle process for Medicaid and Medicare payments.
- Understands the Claims Submission Process.
