Pirelli is looking for a Coordinator Technical Education to support our Breuberg site as part of the Personnel & Organization team. You will be responsible for ensuring qualified technical training, organizing and coordinating training processes, and developing innovative training concepts.

What You'll Do

Ensure qualified technical training in accordance with law, training regulations, framework curriculum, and study plan.
Organize and coordinate training processes and adapt them to new technical circumstances.
Continuously develop, design, and implement future-oriented, innovative training and qualification concepts.
Teach in-depth technical knowledge of modern machine technology, including automation, robotics, 3D printing, fluid technology, and mechatronic systems.
Select, hire, and supervise apprentices and DHBW students.
Promote the personal and professional development of apprentices.
Supervise interns, retrainees, and student interns.
Participate in training marketing and represent the company publicly.
Manage the network of technical departments within the company, especially training officers.
Participate in internal and external working groups.
Perform cost center planning and cost center control.
Conduct or participate in technical company projects.

What We're Looking For

A completed technical degree with a focus on mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or comparable education.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a factory environment.
Good English language skills and very good IT skills, specifically MS Office.
Possession of an AdA-Schein (trainer aptitude certificate).
Enjoy working with young people.
Ability to work efficiently, goal and result-oriented, be flexible, and adapt quickly to new situations.
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and moderation skills.
Empathy and the ability to motivate trainees.
Pronounced initiative and commitment.
Strong teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
Experience in training or teaching technical personnel is an advantage.
