Uplift People Consulting is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our marketing team. You will play a key role in analyzing user journeys, identifying drop-off points, and designing and implementing strategies to maximize conversions from the first click to registration and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive user behavior analysis to identify bottlenecks and churn points across the customer journey.
- Utilize analytical tools to thoroughly investigate reasons for user drop-offs and regularly inform stakeholders.
- Generate and propose innovative ideas to improve conversion on landing pages, forms, the website, and onboarding stages.
- Formulate clear and measurable experiment designs, including hypotheses, key metrics, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate hypothesis launches and audience segmentation with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development team to prepare and implement alternative versions of landing pages and forms.
- Set up, launch, and ensure the correct execution of A/B tests.
- Manage AI optimisation tools if applicable.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret A/B test results, drawing conclusions for further optimization.
- Promptly adapt landing pages for new offers or traffic segments upon stakeholder request.
- Analyze the post-click effectiveness of advertising bundles to identify the most successful combinations.
- Formulate hypotheses aimed at improving the interaction between creatives, offers, and landing pages.
- Maintain a detailed log of all launched tests, results, conclusions, and next steps.
- Create simple and clear reports or presentations with key findings and optimization recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in CRO, web analytics, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of A/B testing principles and CRO methodologies, including AI optimisation tools.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.
- Ability to work with data, identify patterns, and draw informed conclusions.
- Experience in formulating and validating hypotheses.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various teams, including marketing and development.
- Attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a proactive approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in FinTech.
- Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
