EX Squared is hiring a Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our accounting and reporting. You will be the key finance leader, responsible for strategic oversight and day-to-day management of all accounting functions.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies
- Manage cash flow, financial planning, and analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Lead and coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
What We're Looking For
- CPA certification or equivalent qualification
- 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management
- Proven track record as a Controller or in a similar senior finance leadership role
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong experience with financial systems, software, and process optimization
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
