Loadsmart is seeking a Load Operations Representative to join our team remotely from the Philippines. You will play a key role in our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of freight.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute daily transportation load operations.
- Coordinate between shippers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor load status and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with all parties throughout the shipping process.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation for all assigned loads.
