Reporting to the CFO at Clariti Cloud Inc., you will own the contracting process as the vital link between our sales and operations teams. You will ensure customer contracts are executed efficiently and accurately by coordinating reviews, resolving bottlenecks, and managing communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the contracting process between Sales, Operations, Legal, and external clients.
- Draft, review, and edit contracts and related documents using approved templates.
- Partner with legal counsel on escalations, redlines, and non-standard terms.
- Track and manage contract progress, ensuring deals move swiftly through reviews.
- Maintain version control, execution status, and document integrity throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Proactively drive contracts forward to meet deadlines, identifying and resolving blockers.
- Secure all necessary internal approvals before execution.
- Coordinate signatures through e-signature systems.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and contract management tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve templates.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure contracts reflect business terms.
- Support sales enablement by maintaining contract playbooks and negotiation guidelines.
- Work with Finance and Operations to align contract terms on pricing, billing, and renewals.
- Ensure contract terms comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Support internal reporting on contract pipeline and cycle times.
- Maintain a complete and auditable repository of all executed agreements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in contract management or commercial administration, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Working knowledge of commercial contracting principles and negotiation basics.
- Experience coordinating with legal teams on contract reviews.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple contracts.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and e-signature tools.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfort working autonomously with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building process improvements.
Nice to Have
- Experience in GovTech or public sector contracting.
- Exposure to SaaS subscription agreements.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws.
