What You'll Do
- Manage contractor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to improve contractor engagement and performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our contractor partners
- Address and resolve contractor-related issues and escalations

- Proven experience in contractor management, compliance, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of contractor engagement and relationship management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
