Smile Digital Health is hiring a Contracting Specialist to join our Finance department, specifically within the Procurement & Contracting function. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end contracting process, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency for a company dedicated to better health data.
What You'll Do
- Support the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to understand procurement needs and contract requirements.
- Maintain and organize contract repositories, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
- Assist in developing and standardizing contracting processes and templates.
- Monitor contract milestones, renewals, and terminations to ensure timely action.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a contracting, procurement, or paralegal role within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of standard contract language, legal terminology, and basic risk assessment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with contract management software or database systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare or health technology sector.
- Knowledge of regulations relevant to healthcare data and software agreements.
