We are Sully.ai, an early-stage AI healthcare company redefining the future of how healthcare is delivered. We're looking for a Contract Sourcer to find exceptional technical and non-technical talent. You will prioritize evidence over titles, move fast, work well in ambiguity, and unblock yourself.

What You'll Do

Identify and engage top technical & non-technical talent across both traditional and unconventional channels.
Write personalized, thoughtful messages that get responses from true builders.
Own top-of-funnel activity to keep recruiters and hiring managers flush with exceptional leads.
Test new sourcing tactics, measure performance, and scale what works.
Monitor where elite talent spends their time and anticipate hiring trends before they surface.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience sourcing or recruiting for a pre-Series B startup, with verifiable success in sourcing high-impact technical & non-technical talent.
Bias for action: move fast, unblock yourself, and find a way forward without waiting for direction.
Assess talent based on what they’ve done, built, or contributed, not just their title or employer.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, iterating quickly, and owning outcomes end-to-end.

Nice to Have

Ideally YC backed startup experience.
Entrepreneurial background or founder experience.
