About the Role
This role involves providing expert interior design services on a contract basis, working closely with stakeholders to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces while adhering to project timelines and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver interior design concepts tailored to client needs and brand guidelines
- Develop floor plans, material selections, and design schematics
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Present design proposals to stakeholders for feedback and approval
- Source furniture, fixtures, and decorative elements
- Ensure designs meet safety, accessibility, and regulatory standards
- Revise concepts based on client input and project requirements
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Maintain up-to-date design documentation and project files
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during implementation
- Provide remote design consultations as needed
- Adhere to project budgets and timelines
- Integrate sustainable design practices where applicable
- Use design software to produce renderings and technical drawings
- Support brand consistency across all design deliverables
- Respond promptly to design change requests
- Conduct site assessments virtually when necessary
- Stay current with interior design trends and materials
- Ensure clear communication across all project phases
- Deliver final design packages for client handover
Nice to Have

- Experience in high-end residential design
- Portfolio featuring luxury or second-home projects
