Equal Parts is seeking a Contract Data & BI Analyst to develop a unified financial reporting engine for a fast-growing insurance brokerage. In this role, you will focus on connecting to QuickBooks Online, modeling complex financial datasets, and building dashboards that empower decision-making across Finance, Operations, and M&A functions.
What You'll Do
- Connect to QuickBooks Online via API or native BI connector to build a stable data ingestion pipeline.
- Model, clean, and transform financial datasets, including multi-entity expense allocation, cost centers, operating expenses, shared services expense distribution, and acquired agency performance with historic financials.
- Build user-facing dashboards showing multi-entity P&L trends.
- Stand up filterable views by agency and region, incorporating user-based access control.
- Create lightweight documentation for ongoing dashboard maintenance.
What We're Looking For
- Strong fundamentals in BI, ETL, SQL, and data modeling.
- Direct experience connecting QuickBooks Online to a BI tool using a connector or API.
- Strong experience with multi-entity accounting and financial reporting.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, or a similar BI tool.

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation is set at $75 per hour or project-based rates, with a preference for project-based engagement.
Work Mode
