Work Flexibility: Remote Become an integral member of Stryker's Contract Activation team and contribute to precise contract activation and pricing for our clientele. In the role of Contract Activation Analyst, you'll oversee Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) memberships, manage contractual processes, and drive strategic enhancements that optimize operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in contract lifecycle management while supporting mission-critical business functions. What You Will Do - Manage GPO and IDN contracts across multiple platforms, ensuring precise pricing and membership verification - Execute Letters of Commitment (LOCs), process GPO modifications, and activate pricing in strict accordance with contractual guidelines - Sustain GPO and IDN membership records and implement rigorous audit protocols to confirm accuracy - Evaluate customer data and sales metrics to assess LOC requests and pricing eligibility - Facilitate contract audit requests by providing comprehensive documentation and pricing information to internal and external stakeholders - Engage collaboratively with Customer Solutions team throughout contract activation lifecycle - Detect and implement strategic process improvements to elevate efficiency and compliance - Cultivate relationships with internal departments like Contracting and Customer Intelligence to guarantee seamless operational performance What You Will Need Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline - Minimum 1 year of professional experience Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency and/or certification in contract lifecycle management, rebate & fee calculation technologies (e.g., Model N) and Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Background in medical device or technology sector $60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
