Neowiz is hiring a Content Programmer for its ROUND8 Studio to build the next major project following Lies of P. You will be responsible for implementing high-end game system logic, world interaction systems, and content creation tools using Unreal Engine, targeting deep content systems for a strong action experience.

What You'll Do

Implement game system logic for content using Unreal Engine.
Develop game world and interaction systems.
Design structure and debug for console platform compatibility.
Build and maintain data management systems.
Develop and improve content creation tools for the team.

What We're Looking For

Experience shipping at least 5 packaged or console games to market.
Must have completed Lies of P or played it for over 30 hours; portfolio and image file verification of this playtime are mandatory submissions.
Substantial experience developing major game content systems such as quests, items, interactions, and world systems.
Deep understanding of Unreal Engine's UMG, Blueprints, and Gameplay Framework.
Ability to analyze engine source code and solve problems based on a strong computer science foundation.
Capable of rational communication to achieve team goals.
Deeply contemplates the 'fun' of action games more than anyone and enjoys the process of implementing it.

Nice to Have

Experience developing games for console platforms like PlayStation or Xbox.
Substantial experience in content development and live service for open-world games.
Rich experience in developing editor tools for content designers.
Proficient in processing and optimizing large-scale data.
Willing to create a development culture of growth with colleagues through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Experience utilizing various AI tools.
