Spearbit is looking for a hands-on Content Producer (Video + Design) to bring our story to life. In this creative role, you'll own social-first video production and design, collaborating to support high output and compelling brand storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Own production of social-first video content, including editing, motion graphics, typography, and light sound design
- Create short-form video for Twitter, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and other platforms, including interviews, educational explainers, and event recaps
- Design eye-catching static assets like memes, carousels, infographics, and post templates
- Repurpose long-form video content into short clips and pull quotes
- Collaborate with the Content & Social Lead to bring ideas to life, fast
- Help systematize production to support high output without sacrificing quality
- Contribute ideas to campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years experience in a content production or creative role, from an agency, startup, media organization, or freelance work
- Strong video editing and motion graphics skills using Adobe Suite, FCPX, or DaVinci
- Comfortable designing static content in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Able to self-manage projects, hit deadlines, and juggle multiple deliverables
- Social native with an understanding of what works on platforms like X and LinkedIn
Nice to Have
- Experience working with technical subject matter or in the Web3/crypto space
