Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for content creators to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Guide new partners through the onboarding process and platform setup

- Identify opportunities to improve creator satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical or account-related problems
- Provide feedback to creators on content performance and optimization
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and account status
- Support the rollout of new features by communicating updates to creators
- Track key performance metrics related to partner activity and engagement
- Ensure adherence to community guidelines and content standards
- Facilitate payment coordination and troubleshoot payout issues
- Respond to time-sensitive requests during standard business hours
- Conduct regular check-ins with high-performing partners
- Educate creators on best practices for content distribution and audience growth
- Identify and report emerging trends in creator behavior or content demand
- Assist in developing resources to streamline partner self-service
- Enforce platform rules consistently and professionally
