Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions
- Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery across distributed teams
- Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations throughout the project
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Oversee risk identification and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards
- Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements
- Collaborate with functional and technical consultants during configuration phases
- Monitor project progress and report status to internal and client leadership
- Drive change management processes during system transitions
- Coordinate integration testing and user acceptance activities
- Support data migration planning and validation efforts
- Lead post-implementation reviews and transition to support teams
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Maintain documentation for project deliverables and decisions
