melibo is looking for a Content Marketing Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) to join our growing SaaS startup. In this role, you’ll create and optimize various content types to drive engagement and conversion, working 15-20 hours per week. We believe good customer service is a growth driver and are passionate about automation, smart user experience, and the perfect interplay of AI & human.
What You'll Do
- Write and optimize content for the company website, including blog articles, success stories, and landing pages.
- Create posts for LinkedIn (company profile & personal branding) that capture attention.
- Co-conceive YouTube videos & Shorts, potentially writing scripts or assisting in production.
- Support the 'Service Sells' podcast through planning, show notes, and content repurposing.
- Prepare content for webinars, newsletters, and presentations.
- Conduct keyword research and perform basic SEO optimizations.
- Contribute your own ideas and actively shape the content.
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying Communication Science, Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a comparable field.
- Enjoy writing, write clearly, and have an eye for good headlines.
- Have a feel for trends, target audiences, and social media, especially LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Have a good eye for design and can create visually appealing content.
- Have initial experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve).
- Are proactive, structured, and enjoy working independently.
- Have initial experience with content management tools (e.g., Webflow, Canva, ChatGPT, HubSpot).
