U-Haul is seeking an Application Specialist for a 6-month contract position focused on end-user support for Endoscopy medical device systems. In this role, you will provide technical support, deliver operator training, assist with on-site implementations, and contribute to sales efforts.
What You'll Do
- Organize, test, and update medical devices, installing and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
- Set up and organize equipment and workstations.
- Facilitate onsite customer training for new equipment.
- Manage instrument implementation projects, assisting customers with instrument verification studies.
- Analyze verification study data and prepare statistical reports.
- Present verification data to the customer.
- Complete required documentation according to policies and procedures.
- Work with internal resources and the customer to resolve technical issues.
- Escalate customer complaints to Technical Support, providing all required data.
- Ensure new instrument implementations meet timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate effective working relationships with external and internal customers.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience utilizing IT systems and processes.
- Knowledge of Software & Cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to travel regionally or nationally as needed (approximately 50% travel).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite, Service Based Software, CRM, and EP Evaluator.
- An active driver’s license and a personal vehicle for commuting to assignments within three hours of home.
