About the Role

heycare is looking for an Account Executive (m/w/d) to strengthen our sales team. In this role, you will take qualified leads through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to closing deals. You'll work within our dynamic startup environment, collaborating closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Take over qualified leads from SDRs and guide them professionally through the sales process.
  • Understand the individual challenges of potential customers and demonstrate how our solution provides added value.
  • Steer the sales process confidently through all phases from initial meeting to contract signature, digitally or in person.
  • Work in a results-oriented manner: develop compelling offers, negotiate professionally, and successfully close deals.
  • Work closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to optimize customer experiences.
  • Document activities in the CRM system (HubSpot with AI Notetaker) and keep forecasts up to date.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to consult customers at eye level.
  • Appreciate the dynamics of a startup and bring flexibility and passion to help shape continuous change.
  • Team player who enjoys communicating and sees giving and receiving feedback as a valuable part of everyday life.
  • No fear of responsibility: take ownership of your deals and lead them to closure in a structured way.
  • Work in a solution-oriented, analytical, and efficient manner.
  • Confident handling of CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Very good German skills (C1+) and good English skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience ideally in SaaS, tech, or digital environment.

You'll join a company of 11-50 employees, working closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success teams. We embrace startup dynamic and are passionate about shaping continuous change.
