omos media GmbH is looking for a Commercial Recruiter (m/f/d) in Berlin to play a central role in scaling JOIN’s go-to-market and operations organisation. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, ensuring we hire exceptional talent that supports our ambitious growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and culture fit
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to contract signature
- Support all stages of the employee journey, ensuring a seamless, positive experience
- Maintain and optimise our HRIS and internal recruiting systems, ensuring data is accurate and organised
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency
- Proven experience hiring for commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outreach
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in parallel
- High attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to report and optimise based on insights
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring in multiple EU markets
- Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or fast-scaling startups
