About the Role

omos media GmbH is looking for a Commercial Recruiter (m/f/d) in Berlin to play a central role in scaling JOIN’s go-to-market and operations organisation. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, ensuring we hire exceptional talent that supports our ambitious growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking
  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and culture fit
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to contract signature
  • Support all stages of the employee journey, ensuring a seamless, positive experience
  • Maintain and optimise our HRIS and internal recruiting systems, ensuring data is accurate and organised

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency
  • Proven experience hiring for commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outreach
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in parallel
  • High attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to report and optimise based on insights

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring in multiple EU markets
  • Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or fast-scaling startups

You will be part of JOIN’s People Team, collaborating daily with hiring managers across our Commercial Organisation and working closely with Finance, People, Operations, and Leadership teams.
