Join Median Ventures GmbH as a Sales Consultant Insurance (M/W/D). In this role, you’ll focus on growth for our SME clientele by driving additional sales immediately after a customer completes an online purchase. You’ll be part of a hand-picked expert team within a market-leading group, working with robust, scalable processes in a dynamic and agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Upsell customers directly following their online purchase, leveraging an existing customer relationship.
- Process a high volume of 1000 fresh customers per month.
- Use innovative dialing tools to manage customer contact efficiently.
- Contact existing customers to identify and pursue further sales opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A completed apprenticeship or university degree.
- Excellent German language skills with eloquent, convincing expression.
- A calm, pleasant, and attractive telephone voice.
- A committed and highly motivated work ethic.
- Strong sales empathy to connect with customers.
- The highest level of reliability and commitment.
Nice to Have
- 3 years of experience in sales is a plus but not required.
- Career changers without professional experience are explicitly welcome.
