PERGOLUX, a fast-growing e-commerce company in the Home & Garden sector, is seeking a Sales Enablement and Operations Manager. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales effectiveness, empower our teams, and ensure readiness for market and product launches.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute programs that accelerate sales performance across markets.
- Develop onboarding frameworks, training modules, and certifications.
- Create and maintain playbooks for all pipeline stages: Qualification, Discovery, Quotation and Closing.
- Enable managers to coach effectively with standardized frameworks.
- Manage Tier 1 sales coverage via BPO partners and ensure smooth lead handovers.
- Track and optimize KPIs like speed-to-lead, qualification quality, and cost efficiency.
- Build feedback loops between BPO teams and PERGOLUX leadership.
- Own sales content: battlecards, scripts, and objection handling guides.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and E-commerce teams for product launches.
- Lead adoption of HubSpot, Aircall, and modern sales workflows.
- Drive global communication programs, recognition systems, contests, and leaderboards.
- Measure success via ramp-to-quota, conversion improvements, and adoption metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops.
- Proven track record of reducing ramp-up and onboarding time.
- Proven track record of driving conversion improvements.
- Proven track record of designing playbooks and enablement content.
- Proven track record of managing Tier 1/BPO sales teams.
- Proven track record of supporting product launches with sales readiness programs.
- Strong skills in program design, training, and project management.
- Data-driven coaching mindset with CRM and call data expertise.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Aircall, and modern sales tech stacks.
- Collaborative, motivating, and outcome-focused personality.
- Fluent in English (C1+).
Nice to Have
- Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, scale-ups, or e-commerce preferred.
- German or other European languages are a plus.
