Remote Recruitment is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to create, curate, and manage engaging content that enhances brand presence and attracts our target audience. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, working across teams, and driving engagement on various digital platforms.
What You'll Do

- Develop and implement content strategies that reflect the brand's voice and mission.
- Research industry-related topics to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars that align with upcoming campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor content performance and analyze metrics to inform future content strategies.
- Engage with audiences through social media platforms to foster community interaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing and incorporate innovative ideas into the content strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and success in content creation.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and derive actionable insights.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field.
- Experience in developing content for social media and digital platforms.
Nice to Have
