SKELAR is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to define and own the voice of the Liven Blog. Your mission is to build it into the definitive destination for content on self-discovery, emotional well-being, and personal growth.

What You'll Do

Use prompt-engineering to generate outlines, first drafts, and optimize existing content using LLMs.
Experiment with various content formats to determine what resonates with the audience.
Edit and proofread content produced by freelance writers and agencies.
Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches and company objectives.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for search.
Publish and QA content on the blog to maintain a flawless reading experience.
Fact-check, refine, and elevate all AI-generated content for accuracy and originality.
Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics.
Run continuous A/B tests to improve content effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

2+ years in content marketing with a focus on B2C or B2B SaaS or technology products.
Advanced English proficiency.
Ability to write and edit high-quality, human-centered content that simplifies complex concepts.
Strong understanding of large language models and hands-on experience using prompt engineering for content production.
Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and tools like Ahrefs or SurferSEO.
Proficiency with analytics tools and the ability to translate data into insights.
Experience working with CMS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with a large amount of information and pay attention to details.
