Limble is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to own and scale our content engine. In this strategic role, you will produce, optimize, and distribute content across the full funnel, leveraging AI tools and managing a contributor workflow.

What You'll Do

Produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for SEO.
Lead the scaling of content creation through AI writing tools like Jasper AI, Copy.ai, ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Claude, and Grammarly.
Monitor and respond to audience comments and feedback to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
Oversee contributors, both internal and freelance, and manage the workflow between AI output and human refinement.
Collaborate with the SEO manager to optimize content for maximum discoverability and engagement.
Work closely with the Demand Generation team to execute webinar strategy and create content that fuels pipeline goals.
Partner with the Creative team for multimedia content initiatives.
Track and analyze content performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Design and execute a content marketing strategy fueled by personas, product messaging, and buyer journey alignment.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup or a growth-stage company.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats.
Proven ability in SEO strategy, CMS platforms, analytics dashboards (GA, HubSpot, etc.), and performance reporting.
Proven as an organized project manager, capable of juggling multiple streams and synchronizing cross-functional dependencies.
