Heavnn, a global tax management platform for location-independent workers and remote-first companies, is hiring a Content Manager (m/w/n). This role is crucial in establishing the company's presence and involves creating diverse and engaging content for a distributed audience.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a unique editorial line aligned with Heavnn’s mission and target audience.
- Produce a wide variety of content types including blog posts, interviews, case studies, podcasts, and reportages.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines in coordination with the team.
- Monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy.
- Foster and engage with the community through comments, social media, and other platforms.
- Define and maintain an original and consistent brand voice across all content.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Content Manager, Journalist, Influencer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills (including oral communication).
- Experience in managing diverse content types (written, audio, visual).
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with remote work culture and digital nomad lifestyle.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and content themes.
- Experience in multimedia content production (video, podcasts).
