MJP Electrical Services LTD is hiring a Content & Growth Operator for a role with true end-to-end ownership. You will be the driving force behind creating, finalizing, and launching content and nurture campaigns across all digital channels, ensuring everything ships without prompting.
What You'll Do
- Build, test, and launch complete email and SMS nurture sequences.
- Embed copy, video, testimonials, and visuals into live marketing funnels.
- Edit long-form video into optimized short-form content for platforms like Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
- Repurpose content from YouTube into social media posts and nurture campaigns.
- Create and maintain a forward-looking organic content calendar.
- Schedule content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage the YouTube channel: upload long-form content and create/schedule Shorts.
- Elevate existing assets to a polished, professional standard.
- Ensure all live content feels cohesive and intentional.
- Maintain clear visibility of what’s live, scheduled, and coming next.
- Plan, produce, and publish high-quality video, photo, and graphic content.
- Own the content process from concept and filming to editing, posting, and optimization.
- Create high-performing short-form video, story sequences, and paid social ads.
- Package content into complete campaigns, not just one-off posts.
- Manage a content calendar aligned with recruitment, service, and brand campaigns.
- Support recruitment campaigns with story-driven, partner-focused content.
- Develop premium content for VIP Consultation and higher-value services.
- Respond to comments and messages to build authentic engagement.
- Track analytics and performance to guide content decisions.
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, and best practices.
- Proactively bring new ideas, formats, and creative direction.
