TheSoul Publishing is looking for a Content Distribution & Partnerships Manager to help expand and elevate our global content ecosystem. You will join a dynamic, remote-first global team fostering award-winning creativity and a no-red-tape approach.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with 3rd-party IP owners, creators, and brands to bring into TheSoul's content ecosystem.
- Manage relationships with key platform partners to grow monetisation.
- Build diverse revenue streams from current and new partners.
- Support development of business cases and proposals.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience working in content acquisition and/or distribution for a content owner, broadcaster, or aggregator.
- Understanding of the digital and streaming landscape, including social media, Creator Economy, OTT, FAST, and AVOD platforms, as well as monetisation models and content trends.
- Analytical skills with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools to support decision-making and business strategy.
- A creative, can-do attitude with a natural ability to solve problems, think laterally, and spot new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work across teams and functions.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
