Responsibilities

• Develop training grounded in real-world threats to help learners identify risks, make informed decisions, and shift behaviors.
• Lead the full lifecycle of learning content, from initial needs evaluation and goal setting to writing, refinement, and final delivery.
• Produce compelling written lessons, interactive scenarios, branching exercises, quizzes, simulations, and multimedia learning components.
• Develop learning modules using Articulate Storyline and similar content creation platforms.
• Incorporate gamification, narrative techniques, scenario-based learning, and learner autonomy to boost engagement and retention.
• Assess learning needs and evaluate training requirements to identify effective educational solutions.
• Use action mapping and outcome-focused design methods to align learning initiatives with measurable performance outcomes.
• Explore AI-powered tools for brainstorming, drafting content, prototyping, generating scenarios, creating media, designing assessments, and enhancing learner interaction.
• Work closely with experts, product teams, security specialists, and creative staff to transform complex topics into clear, effective learning experiences.
• Produce or co-develop videos, animations, graphics, interactive media, and other content formats to support instruction.
• Iterate and refine learning materials based on user feedback, evolving needs, quality benchmarks, and performance objectives.
