Tidio seeks a Content & Demand Generation Manager to lead Lyro’s content-driven marketing for the US market. You’ll build the entire content engine from scratch and own the area end-to-end, directly impacting pipeline and revenue as Lyro grows into a standalone brand.
What You'll Do
- Own Lyro’s content engine by creating high-quality blog posts, landing pages, guides, case studies, and sales narratives for mid-market and enterprise customer service organizations.
- Run webinars and virtual events, generating topics, recruiting speakers, managing logistics, and repurposing materials into content assets.
- Develop campaign concepts and craft messaging/content series that resonate with enterprise pain points and buying committees.
- Support go-to-market execution by partnering with paid marketing, SEO, and product marketing to align messaging, content, and positioning.
- Build credibility through customer stories by conducting interviews and creating testimonials and case studies.
- Project manage delivery by planning timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring content and programs ship on time and with quality.
- Measure, learn, and iterate by defining lightweight success metrics and improving content and programs based on performance.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar scope, in B2B marketing (SaaS or tech environment preferred), ideally in roles with high ownership or early-stage initiatives.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong judgment when creating content for technical products.
- Comfort hosting webinars, conducting interviews, and appearing on camera when needed.
- High ownership and autonomy, able to turn ambiguous goals into executed programs and build new initiatives from the ground up.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and follow-through.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with metrics and using data to improve content and campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving and experimental environment.
- Fluency in English that enables compelling copy for native-level audiences (bilingual, native, or C2-level language skills preferred).
