Pearl Talent is hiring a Content Creators & Influencers Recruiter to build and maintain a reliable pipeline of CPM-based creators. You will own the end-to-end process, sourcing talent and managing their journey from initial interest through to activation and handoff.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end sourcing of CPM creators across multiple channels.
- Proactively source through job boards, online communities, and social platforms.
- Maintain consistent weekly sourcing volume and test new sourcing channels.
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and expectation-setting with candidates.
- Screen creators for reliability, communication, and CPM-fit.
- Activate creators efficiently and reduce drop-off between stages.
- Occasionally hop on calls with candidates when clarification is needed.
- Coordinate clean handoff to creator management once creators are live.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking across all recruiting stages.
- Monitor funnel health from applicant to activation to first content shipped.
- Build lightweight qualification and follow-up systems.
- Ensure leadership has visibility into recruiting progress.
- Identify sourcing channels that deliver the highest-quality creators.
- Use creator success examples to improve recruiting conversion.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline volume, activations, and retention.
What We're Looking For
- Prior recruitment experience sourcing influencers or content creators.
- Strong written English communication.
- Decent spoken English for occasional calls.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to manage a recruiting pipeline with consistent follow-up.
- Comfortable explaining CPM-based or performance-based work clearly.
- Strong bias toward reliability and filtering out low-commitment candidates.
- Sales instincts and ability to prioritize high-quality creators over volume.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting creators, editors, or gig-based talent.
- Familiarity with creator sourcing channels (e.g., Reddit, Facebook groups, creator job boards).
- Experience with performance-based or output-based compensation models.
Technical Stack
- Discord (used during first 3 months of onboarding)
- Spreadsheets or lightweight pipeline tracking tools
- Creator job boards, Reddit, Facebook groups, or community-based sourcing
- ATS, CRM, or reporting tools
