About the Role

Join The Quality Group (TQG) as a Contact Centre Weployee through Weploy, where technology matches skilled candidates with top-tier customer service roles across Australia. What You'll Do

  • Answer customer calls, emails, and chats (50-60 per day)
  • Achieve key performance metrics including handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Full-time availability (Mon-Fri)
  • Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
  • 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
  • Customer centric mindset with a focus on providing an A-class customer experience
  • Resilience and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Professional references from previous employers
