What You'll Do
- Answer customer calls, emails, and chats (50-60 per day)
- Achieve key performance metrics including handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Full-time availability (Mon-Fri)
- Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
- 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
- Customer centric mindset with a focus on providing an A-class customer experience
- Resilience and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Professional references from previous employers
