Apple Bank is seeking a Contact Center Representative I to deliver friendly, efficient service to our clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, responsible for resolving customer issues promptly while adhering to banking regulations and department procedures. You will also help meet customer financial needs by promoting our full suite of products and digital solutions.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
- Safeguard customer accounts and information, following authentication procedures.
- Comply with all banking regulations and identify/escalate suspicious activity.
- Recommend solutions to resolve customer issues on the first call.
- Communicate and log complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Complete customer file maintenance, transactions, and requests.
- Adhere to call quality and service standards and participate in coaching.
- Educate customers on Apple Bank’s products and promote digital banking solutions.
- Handle general inquiries related to ATM/debit cards, online banking, vendor support, and products.
- Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 0-1 years of experience in a banking environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills and polished phone skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of online/mobile banking systems and bill payment services.
- Ability to multitask between systems, maintain a positive attitude, and work well on a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to adhere to a predetermined schedule.
Nice to Have
- Call center experience.
- Exposure to online banking application usage.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish).

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $40,000 - $55,000
