Weir Minerals was looking for a Production Team Member- Shotblast 3rd Shift

Weir Minerals is looking for a Production Team Member to join our Shotblast department on the 3rd shift. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll play a key part in our manufacturing process, ensuring the safe and efficient preparation of parts for further processing.

What You'll Do

  • Handle crane operations to transfer parts from machines onto skips for oven loading.
  • Ensure correct part placement and orientation by following established processes and instructions.
  • Identify, remove, and quarantine parts requiring weld repair.
  • Perform quality inspections on parts being processed.
  • Inspect cranes and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Get trained and certified in Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
  • Prioritize tasks and maintain strong organization and time management.
  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors to support our safety culture.
  • Perform other tasks within or beyond the department as required.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Good reading, writing, mathematical, computer, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working with industrial cranes.
