Pluxee is hiring a Sales Acquisition Analyst (Hunter) to expand our reach and acquire new customers for our employee benefits and engagement solutions. In this role, you'll apply your analytical skills and hunter mentality to directly impact our growth trajectory.
What You'll Do
- Analyze sales acquisition data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to acquire new customers.
- Monitor and report on sales acquisition activities and results.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct research on sales acquisition best practices and industry trends.
- Provide support and guidance on acquisition strategies to the broader team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales acquisition or business development.
Nice to Have
- Certification in Sales or Customer Acquisition is preferred.
