Alpine Home Air Products is hiring a permanent work-from-home Consultative Inside Sales Representative to sell intelligent heating and cooling solutions. You will work directly with homeowners, contractors, and small business owners, recommending tailored HVAC products that align with our mission to reduce global warming through high-efficiency and all-electric equipment.
What You'll Do
- Speak with about 20 new warm inbound leads daily.
- Handle approximately 60 outbound customer follow-ups daily with people previously spoken to.
- Recommend HVAC products specifically tailored to individual customer needs.
- Offer consistent, genuinely helpful service.
- Use creativity and ingenuity to overcome objections.
- Enthusiastically take on the challenges of determining what customers need.
- Maintain high standards for metrics, call quality, and structure.
