About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing support and configuration for clinical operations systems used by clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Provide guidance on industry best practices for clinical trial processes and data management
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective resolutions in a timely manner
- Support the setup and maintenance of study-specific configurations
- Assist in the validation and testing of system changes and enhancements
- Document configurations, processes, and support activities according to standards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery alignment
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests within defined service level agreements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical operations workflows and regulatory expectations
- Participate in client meetings to review system performance and upcoming needs
- Support change management processes for system updates and client requests
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable standards during system operations
- Contribute to the development of reusable templates and support documentation
- Monitor service metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in onboarding new clients to the managed services environment
- Provide input on process improvements based on client feedback and operational trends
- Support audit readiness activities related to system configurations and data handling
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
- Stay current with product updates and new feature releases
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Support training efforts for client users as needed
- Follow established protocols for system access and security
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the consulting team
- Ensure timely communication during critical system events
