Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commercial project management team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
- Drive the delivery of large-scale strategic projects and programs globally, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Establish and enforce standardized project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, defining key milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Build a high-performing project management team by mentoring, coaching, and developing talent.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all projects and teams.

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within a commercial environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the gambling industry is highly desirable.
- Experience with construction projects is considered an advantage.
