About the Role

Carrot Fertility is looking for a Consultant Relations Director (CRD) to increase education, opportunities, and revenue through key consultant firms. You will build new and nourish existing relationships, serving as the liaison between Carrot and the consultant houses you own. You’ll develop and execute firm-specific strategies aligned with the broader commercial organization’s goals, supporting families through life's most memorable moments in a culture that prioritizes clinical excellence and human-centered care.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with benefit consultants and national broker partners, building trust and engagement at various levels.
  • Drive revenue growth by securing net new opportunities and increasing win rates across each consultant house.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success, to ensure coordinated efforts and representation of these stakeholders.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback from the consulting community to inform product development and marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of sales (channel alliance/relationship-oriented) or consulting experience.
  • Consistent overachievement in quota and revenue goals.
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.

Nice to Have

  • Excellent skills in Salesforce.com, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Consultative sales experience, either as a consultant or leveraging a consultative sales approach.

Team & Environment

The Consultant Relations team is made up of 3 Consultant Relations Directors. This CRD will work closely with their other CR colleagues and will sit under the broader Commercial organization.
