Deloitte Deutschland is hiring a Consultant M&A / SPA and Dispute Advisory (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. You will support clients throughout the entire M&A deal cycle, from due diligence to transaction implementation. You’ll play a key role in preparing for and conducting demanding contract negotiations to achieve successful outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Act as a full member of a project team, supporting clients in preparing for demanding contract negotiations.
- Analyze financial data and related documents, creating and evaluating arguments to prepare clients for negotiations.
- Support the team in preparing possible counterarguments for the client.
- Focus on identifying risk areas, potential financial problems, and documentation deficiencies.
- Engage in varied activities within exciting, interdisciplinary projects alongside Deloitte experts from Germany and abroad.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in business administration with a focus on M&A, Corporate Finance, external accounting, finance/controlling, or auditing.
- Solid business knowledge, ideally in finance and accounting; relevant internships are beneficial.
- Understanding and passion for Corporate Finance, M&A Transaction Services, business valuation, accounting, dispute analysis, investigation, or auditing.
- A proactive, responsible way of working with pronounced initiative and strong teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel and excellent communication skills, including good German and very good English in spoken and written form.
