Harlow's Casino Resort and Spa is seeking a Main Banker, Cage to manage and balance all monetary operations within the Main Bank on an assigned shift. The role carries supervisory responsibilities and requires high-level banking expertise, comparable to a senior teller, vault teller, or retail banking supervisor. This is a critical position for ensuring the integrity and security of our financial activities.

What You'll Do

Comply with and follow Internal Control Policies and Procedures, state regulations, the Bank Securities Act, Title 31 Rules and Regulations, and the company’s Responsible Gaming Plan.
Monitor the reconciliation of funds exchanged for cashiers.
Maintain accurate accountability of all funds assigned.
Prepare gaming bank deposits in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Reconcile reports from the Drop Count department.
Reconcile all jackpot slips, checks, credit card advances, tickets, lottery, promotional payouts, and other related fund exchanges associated with the main bank.
Maintain and control all window bank keys and kiosk keys.
Safeguard company assets and adhere to all policies and procedures.
Maintain and be held accountable for all funds entrusted on an assigned shift.
Handle team member and internal guest financial transactions.
Monitor for fraud, forged or counterfeit currency and/or vouchers.
Balance all funds and prepare reconciliation reports accordingly.
Ensure accuracy while utilizing Jet Sorters and money counters.
Be accountable for gift card inventory and movements.
Resolve problems within the position’s scope of authority and recommend courses of action for issues beyond that scope to the supervisor.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a basic math exam.
Must obtain a valid Virginia Racing Commission License.

Nice to Have

Cash handling and guest experience.
A combination of education and experience may be considered.
