Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process purchase orders with accuracy and promptness.
- Generate and track sell-in and sell-out reports to monitor commercial outcomes.
- Collect, combine, and evaluate sell-out data to guide decisions and uncover growth areas.
- Track promotional activities, ensuring adherence, proper funding, and correct implementation.
- Oversee inventory levels and commercial contracts to maintain compliance and operational consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain/Customer Service, and external commercial partners.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Order Management: Receive, validate, and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and monitor sell in and sell out reports, providing visibility into commercial performance.
- Data Analysis: Request, consolidate, and analyze sell-out information to support decision-making and identify business opportunities.
- Promotion Tracking: Follow up on promotions, validating compliance, funding, and proper execution.
- Inventory & Agreements Control: Monitor inventories and commercial agreements to ensure correct application and operational alignment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain/Customer Service, and Coca-Cola FEMSA commercial teams.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, commercial analysis, or similar positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong capabilities in analytical thinking, attention to detail, organization, and effective communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
