Harlow’s Casino Resort and Spa is hiring for a Main Banker to oversee the comprehensive accountability of all financial funds. This full-time, year-round position is central to maintaining operational integrity and creating a fun-filled, entertaining environment built on service excellence.

What You'll Do

Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining environment where flawless service execution is paramount.
Comply with State Regulations and Company Internal Controls.
Manage accountability for funds including main bank, reserve bank, hard count, soft count, marker bank, front window, cage inventories, self-redemption, and automated kiosks.
Track inventory of coin and currency.
Transport all funds between main bank, cage, and slot floor.
Handle all Cashier Turn-Ins between cage and main bank.
Complete necessary paperwork for variances and accountability.
Re-impress self-redemption and automated kiosks.
Verify the buy of soft drop.
Maintain self-redemption stations.
Prepare and verify daily deposits.
Promote outstanding customer relations and honesty and trust among the team.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

One (1) year of Cage, Banking, and/or Cashiering experience.
Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform job functions.
Ability to consistently comprehend, retain, and execute written, verbal, and demonstrated directions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate with guests, co-workers, and management.
Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
