You will play a key role in supporting core human capital management functions within SAP HCM, focusing on Payroll, Time Management, and Travel Management. Your primary responsibility will be resolving functional issues at Level 2, ensuring timely incident resolution within defined service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing functional support for SAP HCM modules
- Address and resolve daily incidents related to payroll and travel processes
- Support recurring payroll and travel management cycles
- Implement configuration updates in alignment with business requirements
- Develop and maintain accurate functional documentation
- Participate in testing efforts for system changes and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate issues to Tier 3 support when necessary
- Ensure system operations remain compliant and efficient
Qualifications
