Visa is looking for a Consultant, Customer Success to serve as a strategic B2B partner for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our Pismo products. This individual contributor role combines deep technical expertise, operational know-how, business strategy, and executive engagement to drive adoption and maintain high satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their business processes and goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, fostering trust and confidence.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business and industry to provide solutions and advice.
- Work closely with customers to create and execute a successful plan aligned with their business objectives.
- Maximize the value customers receive from our solutions by managing program engagements.
- Act as a customer advocate within the company, representing their feedback and needs.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by working closely across internal teams.
- Manage and follow up on client KPIs related to development execution, platform performance, and others.
- Analyze client data critically to perform strategic analysis and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide education and resources to enable customers to effectively use our products and services.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customers are leveraging the full capabilities of our offerings.
- Influence the company to adapt or create new processes to provide a better customer experience.
- Continuously improve the Client Success area, partnering with peers to scale organizational capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
- Ideal background in a hyper-growth B2B environment.
- Demonstrated program management capability.
- Structured and critical thinking with a high focus on strategy and results.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Innovative mindset and receptive to changes.
- Ability to develop strong relationships at the C-level of enterprise companies.
- Ability to influence and implement new processes that result in an excellent client experience.
- Track record of high customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with the full lifecycle of customer success.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Spanish language skills are desirable.
