RemoteVA PH is looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Project Manager & Customer Relations Manager. This dual-focus role requires strong leadership to supervise construction projects while maintaining clear, professional communication with clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise construction projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer relations.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues clearly and professionally.
- Resolve client concerns and project challenges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, Supervisor, or similar role (experience is a must).
- Strong understanding of construction projects, workflows, and terminology.
- Excellent customer relations and client communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and construction/project management software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
