Construction Project Manager at Al Ula SC
The Construction Project Manager will be the critical link between Al Ula SC and all construction project stakeholders. This role demands a dynamic professional who can seamlessly navigate strategic oversight and hands-on management, driving projects from initial concept to final completion. Your mission: ensure every construction initiative meets the club's core values of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Al Ula SC across all construction projects and collaborate closely with the Facility Management team
• Craft and implement detailed project management plans customized for each unique construction initiative
• Conduct regular field inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements
• Swiftly resolve on-site conflicts or potential delays to maintain project momentum
• Guarantee all construction efforts align with the club's sustainability and environmental principles
• Maintain crystal-clear communication with club leadership, contractors, engineers, and relevant authorities
• Schedule and lead project meetings, delivering comprehensive updates on status, risks, milestones, and changes
• Track and document project milestones, performance indicators, and potential risks
• Rigorously review and approve construction materials and workmanship to uphold consistent quality standards
• Perform continuous quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle
• Adhere to EPMO reporting standards and submit all documentation punctually
• Manage scope changes, ensuring all variations are meticulously documented, evaluated, and authorized
• Monitor project budgets, proactively flagging any financial discrepancies or potential overruns
• Prepare and present formal project status reports using approved methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience, ideally in sports infrastructure or public sector projects
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Exceptional leadership and conflict-resolution skills in high-pressure environments
• Fluent communication in both Arabic and English
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and reporting platforms
• Deep understanding of sustainable construction practices and compliance regulations
• Familiarity with EPMO protocols and public sector reporting standards
• Meticulous attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
