The Connected Performance Account Manager (Biddable) at MG OMD will lead biddable strategy and execution for clients, ensuring high-performance campaign delivery. This role involves managing and mentoring junior team members, collaborating with media partners, and driving optimisation through data insights within the Omnicom Media Group UK network.
What You'll Do
- Lead campaign strategy and execution across biddable platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals
- Manage and develop a team, providing guidance, training, and support to Executives
- Collaborate with media owners to build and maintain strong partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts across OMD UK to deliver integrated solutions
- Oversee reporting and optimisation, translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, using data analytics to measure the effectiveness of media strategies and identify areas for improvement, highlighting key insights and outcomes
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative team environment
- Help train and mentor junior team members
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of media planning, buying and performance analysis with knowledge of digital, traditional and emerging media channels
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful media campaigns
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with proven expertise in presentation storytelling to deliver impactful, persuasive proposals to clients
- Ability to develop and implement strategic media plans using media planning and analytics tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and are open to exploring how automation and AI tools can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency in media
